One of the features of Kong Plus is members-only chat rooms. This means that only subscribers to Kong Plus and moderators can join these chat rooms. When you click "Change Chat Rooms" in the Kongregate chat and see the list of available rooms to join, the KongPlus chat rooms have a 
icon after the name of the room.
